All of our services are free of charge for everyone, regardless of background or financial situation.
General Clinic
General Clinic is our primary focus, we happily treat both adults and children for a wide variety of conditions.
General clinic appointments are available every Tuesday and Thursday.
Health Checkups
Our general clinic appointments are designed to help you manage any health condition, talk about health concerns, and provide medication assistance.
Vaccinations
We offer vaccinations for school or work requirements. Vaccines are also available for anyone who is interested in getting them.
Physical Exams
We can help with physical exam requirements for work or school that may need to be filled out.
Lab Work
Our in-house lab can process basic blood work quickly during your visit. For any additional testing, we partner with outside labs that can provide more services for free.

Women's Clinic
Women's Health Clinic is something we are very proud to provide for our community.
Appointments are available on select days monthly, please call for more information.
Cancer Screening
Our team is happy to offer screenings for cervical cancer via pap-smears. We can also refer patients for breast cancer screening.
General Checkup
General women's health visits for any concern are welcome.
STI/STD Testing
We have discrete in-house testing for sexually transmitted infections (STDs) available to all patients.
Vision Clinic
Vision clinic is how we help our community continue to work, see their loved ones, and maintain independence.
Appointments are available on select days monthly, please call for more information.
Vision Exams
We can do a full vision exam to check your eyesight, talk about any problems you've experienced and connect you with an eye specialist if necessary.
General Checkup
General vision appointments for any concern are always welcome.
Free Glasses
If you need prescription glasses or reading glasses, our team will help you get a pair of glasses for free.

Mental Health
We have one-on-one sessions and group sessions in both English and Spanish for those interested in having someone to talk to about anything.
Health Education
We provide help with understanding and managing chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension.
Financial Assistance
Our team can help you apply to UMC/LCMC services for adults or children who do not qualify for Medicaid. This would help you pay for 6 month's of doctor's visits.
Patient Navigation
Support in scheduling appointments at partner clinics and accessing health resources.
Medication Assistance
One-time coverage for any medication prescribed by our providers.
